These machines have been designed to run for long and rugged site conditions. They are composite in design and carry out the mixing, and spraying all at the same time. They are mobile and can be shifted to different sites conveniently. They can spray to vertical heights of upto 30 mtrs and horizontal distance of upto 60mtrs.
They have all controls for smooth & sustainable operation over a long period of time. They deliver a powerful output of upto 70Ltrs per min for rapid coverage of wall substrate. They have been designed to work most efficiently with VISTAAR READY MIX PLASTER which is a LIGHT WEIGHT HIGH GRADE PLASTER MORTAR.
Vistaar Stair Lifting & Self Loading Machine Ⓟ
This uniquely designed lift, helps in handling the bulky machine, seamlessly by just 1 – 2 labor. This machine is battery operated and can help load the Plaster finishing machine without much fuss and effort. Also this lifting tool can be loaded into the vehicle without the need to be lifted and likewise can unload the Plaster finishing machine with just a single labor and that too safely.
This lifting machine can also help transport the Plaster Finishing Machine from the vehicle to the site of operation without the need for any human indulgence. This ensures safety to the machine in typical construction site with rough road and concrete surfaced platforms. The other big advantage of this lift, is that it can be used to lift the Plaster finishing machine even over the staircase without the need for any labor. This is another of our smart innovations, which will greatly benefit the contractors, builders and all stakeholder in the Industry. The machine is designed to scan and map the wall surface around the room. It will then communicate the highest point on the wall surface which will be the start point for defining the exact thickness needed to optimize and achieve a perfect geometrical wall surface of the room.
From this the average thickness, volume of material required can be established even before one quotes for the job. In addition the data can be collected and shared for better utilization of information real time for costing and contracting the job.
Portable Vistaar Mortar Mixer Ⓟ
This is one more of a versatile & utility based portable mortar mixer developed for evenly mixing, ready mix mortar at site. This has a convenient discharge spout and designed for continuous use. It can easily mix mortar of about 250 kgs in quick time without dusting while being mobile.
It provides for minimal labor effort other than loading the machine and can avoid wastage of mortar & supervision without compromising on the qualitative mixing of mortar which have specially mixed additives. The quick & harmonious mixing ensures achieving the best of these specially designed mortars.
