Surface Preparation

Ensure the substrate is clean, structurally sound, and free of dust, oil, or loose material. Dampen thoroughly before applying plaster.

Mixing

Pour 4.5 to 5 liters of clean water per 20 kilograms bag. Mechanically mix for 3–4 minutes until the smooth and lump-free.

Application

Apply plaster in 10–20 mm layers. Use a spatter dash coat on smooth surfaces. Allow 60–120 minutes drying between coats for bonding.

Finishing

Level and smooth the applied plaster to the required smooth, uniform finish once it becomes stiff but is still slightly the moist.

Curing

No curing required under normal conditions. In hot or dry weather, mist the surface lightly for 1–2 days to reduce cracking.

Limitations

Avoid applying during rain, extreme temperatures (below 5°C or above 45°C), or strong winds to ensure proper setting and bonding.
